Archi-Simplified Production Process of Polyurethane Insulation Panels
Raw Material Preparation
Prepare two core components (Component A and Component B) and mix them in a predetermined ratio. Meanwhile, flatten and clean the facing materials such as color-coated steel sheets and aluminum foils to get them ready for lamination.
Mixing and Pouring
Thoroughly blend Component A and Component B at high pressure by using professional equipment, then evenly pour the mixed slurry between two layers of facing materials.
Foaming and Forming
Move the poured panels into a laminating press. Under optimal temperature and pressure conditions, the slurry undergoes self-foaming and expansion, bonding integrally with the facing materials to form the primary insulation panel blanks.
Cutting and Trimming
Cut the formed panels to meet customer-specified dimensions, and trim off excess burrs to ensure precise and regular panel sizing.
Quality Inspection and Packaging
Conduct inspections on panel thickness, compressive strength and thermal insulation performance. Qualified products are then covered with moisture-proof films, labeled with specification details, and packaged for warehousing.
